This interactive and reflective workshop explores family history through the maternal line, combining genealogical insight with guided discussion and storytelling.

Drawing on the science of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), the session highlights how women are connected across generations - both biologically and through shared experiences of resilience, survival, and continuity.

Participants are invited to reflect on their own place within this lineage, creating a space for connection, perspective, and meaningful engagement.
